Gift yourself or your loved ones a private guided meditation session. These meditations have been practiced for thousands of years by Tibetan monks. They are designed to help you discover the beauty, power, and peace available in your own mind.


Come as you are, and leave feeling a little lighter, more capable, and more you.


Meditation is an inherently joyful practice, so I infuse all of my offerings with that same joy.


What to expect:

  • 10 minute introduction and mini dharma talk

  • 20 minute meditation (body scan, breath, and visualization)

  • 15 minutes for questions
